Hiring Radius: Must live within 50 miles

💼 POSITION DETAILS

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Months CDL
Home Time: 10 Hours Daily
Schedule: Assigned shifts (must be flexible)
Shift Length: 8–14 hours per day
Current Start Times: 6:00 PM & 9:00 PM
Weekend Work: Required (Saturdays 3x per month)

🚚 FREIGHT & OPERATIONS

100% No-Touch Freight
Local operations based out of Fort Wayne

Lane Overview:

Origin & Destination: Fort Wayne, IN
~2,000 miles per week
Consistent local routing

💰 PAY & COMPENSATION

Starting Pay: $27.50/hour
Guaranteed: 8 hours per day
Overtime: After 50 hours

💵 Pay Increases:

1 Year: $28.18/hour
2 Years: $29.05/hour
3 Years: $30.50/hour

📋 REQUIREMENTS

Valid CDL A License
Minimum 3 months experience
Must be willing to work assigned shifts
Must pass DOT physical (minimum 6 months remaining)
Must pass drug screening (urine)
